Summer Academy will take place at the Tennessee State University, Avon Williams Campus in downtown Nashville. If you have not already done so, please register for Summer Academy by June 13.

Please note, the Holiday Inn Nashville Airport Hotel is no longer accepting reservations. You may still make reservations elsewhere as long as the hotel rate does not exceed the TN State rate for the geographic area and it includes breakfast (or do not ask for reimbursement for breakfast). Lodging expenses will be reimbursed up to $145 per night.
Trip expenses will be reimbursed by TBR, staff will not complete any special forms to complete this. Staff will be able to complete your campus travel and reimbursement request as normal. Your business office will work with TBR for campus reimbursement.
To be reimbursed for mileage, you must drive your own personal vehicle. TBR will not reimburse for any campus assigned vehicle. Also, please do not submit for meal reimbursements when the meals are provided at TN eCampus activities.
